The Google Wave team have added a way to restore your Wave to an earlier time, using the Playback tool move through your wave to the point you would like to restore to and the click restore.

Any changes after the restore point will be removed, perfect for those times when some one makes a big mistake or goes Gadget mad. Your access level needs to be Full not the readonly mode that Google just added.
