Twitter_512x512.png" onclick='return hs.expand(this, { captionText: "Twitter_512x512", slideshowGroup: "1208" })'>That little Social Network Twitter just passed a big milestone, over 10 Billion messages (Tweets) have been sent so far. Now I'm sure Facebook does that a month but for Twitter a relatively new network this is really good news.

Sadly it appears that the 10 billionth tweet was by a protected user so it can't be importalised for all time and looked back on by future generations as the defining words of a generation.

Maybe not....
