A new Sunrise landrush has started over at Facebook, now is the time to secure your unique Facebook Address such as http://facebook.com/johncarnell *note that I've dropped the www. not needed just takes up extra space*

To register your unique address head over to http://facebook.com/username you will need to login with your personal account and then be presented with a few  sugestions for your unique name. 

*TIP - Avoid using "." in your name like john.carnell it helps with confusion and also "." won't show up in print so well! Try not to abreviate your name unless you are well known by it.

If you also operate a FAN PAGE on Facebook and have over 1000 fans you can also choose a unique address for that as well like http://facebook.com/bullyinguk follow the same tips above, if your FAN PAGE has yet to reach over 1000 fans don't worry you can claim a unique name at the end of the month once the sunrise period is over.

Facebook now allow you to change your username if you don't like your original choice, goto your account settings and look for Change Username.
